The role combined creative direction with hands-on UI/UX work, translating complex business requirements into clear, scalable, and consistent digital experiences. I worked across multiple enterprise systems and internal products, including HRMS, CRM, Employee Management, Performance Management, Task Management, Production Writers Panel, and other business applications. My work covered UX research, wireframing, interface design, prototyping, design systems, visual identity, marketing collateral, and product communication. The experience strengthened my ability to design for complex workflows, multiple user roles, large information systems, and interconnected business processes, while maintaining usability and visual consistency. I also contributed to the company's broader brand presence through branding, social media creatives, event materials, presentations, and marketing assets.
